Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in various environments. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and recommend solutions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC/R preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NATE) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HVAC/R installation and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This position may involve working in various conditions, including
outdoors and in confined spaces, and may require lifting heavy equipment. A valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
